Bedrooms with all modern conveniences
éthic étapes Lac de Maine has a 154-beds capacity, from singles to 5-people bedrooms. 40 rooms have a bathroom, private toilets and telephone, and 19 have a bathroom.
All rooms are non smoking rooms.
Housing takes place in two separate buildings :
- Pavillon des Trois Rivières : 40 2-people bedrooms (including 2 accessible to people with reduced mobility) with complete toilet blocks
- Pavillon de l’Anjou : 16 4 or 5-people bedrooms (including 1 accessible to people with reduced mobility), and 3 2-people bedrooms, with shower units and basins (toilets up the stairs).

General terms and conditions of sale
- Upon arrival, bedrooms are available starting 4 pm, except in case of a previous agreement.
- Bedrooms have to be emptied before 9 am on the day of your departure.
- Beds are made everyday ; rooms are also cleaned everyday.
- There are no TV sets in the rooms, so you can share these moments with others.
